D_in is a company specialized in the direction of execution and in the environmental certification of architectural projects that, as a spin-off, arises from the collaboration between entities of the private sector and the field of public research in the development of projects related to the industry of the construction.
We contemplate the process in a comprehensive way, supporting the needs of design, technical solution, environmental certification, documentation and execution of projects.

Ana Julieta Peretz
Architect. Breeam Associate. Partner director
Superior Architect with more than 17 years of experience in project planning and management of architectural and urban planning works. Complementary training at the UPM (Doctorate) and BREEAM Spain (BREEAM ES Advisor). International experience in Latin America (Socma Group) in Spain (associated partners) and in China (Atkins Shanghai). As an Architect Partner founder of DinMas has developed its activity oriented to the Environmental Certifications and the planning and direction of execution of works.
Rafael Abad
Arquitecto Técnico. Consultor externo.
Arquitecto Técnico por la UPM. Ingeniero de la Edificación.
Colaborador de Dinmas como profesional liberal en labores de control y dirección de ejecución de obras. Técnico en planificación de métodos y tiempos. Cabe destacar su participación en proyectos recientes como el Hotel VP Plaza de España y el edificio de oficinas Manoteras 12, antigua sede de Páginas Amarillas.
Jorge García
Technical architect. External consultant
Technical Architect by the UPM. He has been a collaborator of DinMas since 2006 as project manager in the collaboration as a liberal professional, both in the development of projects as in their execution and control. His participation in projects such as the Municipal School of Music in San Sebastián de los Reyes, the project GRANATUM and Vicálvaro La Catalana with 90 houses of protection for the EMVS of Madrid.
Ángel Bobes
Specialist Green Building Consultant. BREEAM Assesor
Ángel has extensive experience as a Green Building Consultant, is BREEAM ES Advisor and BREEAM International and is responsible for the EUROCONTROL Sustainability Department. He is a Mechanical Engineer and Master in Renewable Energy and Sustainable Construction (UK). He has worked in the UK as a Designer, Advisor and Quality Control Officer, for firms such as Mott MacDonald, URS and CH2M Hill.
